How many days will it take for my order to be delivered?
According to our express shipping policies, the estimated delivery time for your order is 7-8 business days after placing the order. The processing of the order will take 2-3 business days, and then the order will take 4-5 business days to reach the delivery address once it's in transit. Please keep in mind that we don't have control once the order has been shipped, and we do not ship orders during weekends and holidays.
We always work with the most reliable shipping companies to ensure safe and timely delivery, so you can expect your order to arrive in excellent condition. However, if there are any significant delays, we'll make sure to contact you via email.
If you want to monitor your order's progress, you can track it using this link. It's important to note that, due to any unforeseeable circumstances, the delivery time may take longer than expected. Kindly note, some deliveries may take 10-12 business days to reach in case of remote locations as it is dependent on the serviceability by the logistics partners
What if I need to change or modify my order?

Can I get same-day delivery?
We just wanted to let you know that, unfortunately, we don't offer same-day delivery for online orders. But if you're based out of Kolkata and need your order urgently, give us a call at +91 98314 13112 and we'll explore some options for you. Alternatively, if you're in the Kolkata area or anywhere else in West Bengal, you're more than welcome to swing by and pick up your order yourself. It's always great to see our customers in person, and we'd love to say hi!
What are your shipping rates?
We've got some great news for you! At Rooted, we offer FREE Delivery for prepaid orders above Rs. 499; how awesome is that? For orders below Rs. 499, we provide express shipping and charge a flat fee of Rs. 50.
If I order more than one product in the same order, will I get them together?
We wanted to give you a quick heads-up about how we handle Express Shipping for orders with multiple products.
When you place an order with us that includes more than one product, we'll ship all the items together to our associated Express Shipping partners. This means that your products might arrive at different times, but rest assured that we'll do everything we can to ensure they all reach you as soon as possible.
